Art Therapy

Individual sessions with Cheryl are private and confidential and therapeutic in nature. We identify some personal goals to support your mental health, learn new skills for coping with stress and create a safe environment for authentic self-expression in a trauma informed way.

Psychosocial Recovery Coaching

For those in recovery who want to learn how to navigate the challenging journey of recovery, our support staff can assist with learning new strategies to build resilience and face life's challenges bravely.

“Recovery is defined as ‘being able to create and live a meaningful and contributing life in a community of choice, with or without the presence of mental health issues’ (NDIS).
